How much does therapy cost?

The first meeting is free. During this initial meeting we can introduce ourselves to each other and discuss whether we are a right match. It is an opportunity for you to ask any questions and find out about myself. If we decide to proceed to engage in therapy together then it is £45 per session.

How long is each session?

Each session is 1 hour long.

How often do we meet up?

We meet up once a week on pre-allocated time. If you are unable to attend, I would expect to have at least 3 days’ notice, or you may have to pay for the session. I will inform you when I am taking holidays weeks in advance.

Am I supervised?

Yes. As a trainee psychotherapist I receive regular supervision

Where do we meet?

I am currently practicing from my home in St Annes, Brislington.
