How much does therapy cost?

I offer a free 30 minute consultation by zoom or phone. After this I charge £60 per session.

How long is each session?

Each session is 1 hour long.

How often do we meet up?

We meet up once a week on pre-allocated time. If you are unable to attend, I would expect to have at least 7 days’ notice, or you may have to pay for the session. I will inform you when I am taking holidays weeks in advance.

Am I supervised?

Yes, I receive regular supervision in accordance with UKCP guidelines.

Where do we meet?

I am currently practicing from my home in St Annes, Brislington.

Am I available to work online?

Yes, I am happy to work online through Zoom.

How about parking?

There is plenty of free and secure parking where I practice.
